Use Caution: These powerful controller kits are designed for off-road riding with on/off throttle applications, not continuous throttle use. E-motos that have been modified with these controllers and tunes are not allowed to be driven on public roads. You run the danger of harming your motor after installing an aftermarket controller and acquiring a high-powered tune. If you force your motor past its breaking point, damage can still occur even with our motor temperature protection turned on. Use the following guidance to make sure you don’t harm your motor:
Use of the wide open throttle should be limited to 10 to 15 seconds. Avoid running at full power repeatedly. Use the power mode that is necessary at the moment and avoid riding the bike in high power levels on a regular basis.Avoid riding for extended periods of time at 3/4 or full power when cycling long distances. You must drastically lower the power level of the tune if you must use your bike for extended rides with constant throttle in order to guarantee that you can ride for extended periods of time without suffering any damage. In contrast, the stock bike in Sport mode at full throttle runs at 5–6 kW. Adding a BAC8000 and a powerful battery would bring your power up to 15 kW, which is three times the power of the base bike. It is unrealistic to expect this to not impose stress on the motor. While modifying and operating e-motos, please use caution and common sense.
Please make sure you adhere to the following guidelines in order to have the greatest and safest riding experience when cycling in damp areas:
Make that the control connection plugs on your motor controller are positioned at the top of the controller when it is mounted. Every electrical connector you have should have dielectric grease applied to it, particularly the ones that link to the motor controller. Dielectric grease should not be used to completely fill connectors; rather, it should be used to help keep out contaminants, water, and dirt. If you have any queries about how to put dielectric great on electrical connectors properly, please check some YouTube tutorials. Make that the bike harness is detached from the brake sensor plugs. You can accomplish this by cutting them at the brake levers or by simply unscrewing the two plugs from the ignition/USB charger cover. These brake lever sensors will not function if an aftermarket controller is fitted; nonetheless, if water enters the system and they are still connected, they may short circuit with other pins, leading to unexpected acceleration and other problems. When washing the bike, stay away from the water and don’t use a hose or pressure washer anywhere near the engine controller.
